Ever since I read The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod five years ago I have practiced a morning routine.
The book is THAT convincing. I highly recommend you get a copy, do the exercises and start living your one beautiful life to the fullest in 2019.
Consider these morning routine components:

I started with a 30 minute morning practice, but when I added 25 minutes of meditation I extended it to 60 minutes.
Even if I get up late I can still complete an abbreviated version of my practice in 10 minutes. It is quick but it still puts me in a positive and productive frame of mind ready to tackle the day!
