December is a wonderful month, regardless of your beliefs. It is a time to gather with loved ones, enjoy the beautiful decorations and connect to 'peace on earth'.
This time of the year can also be stressful and sad. Honor your feelings regardless of what they are right now. Honor them especially if they seem inappropriate for the season, ie: lonely, discouraged, angry. Emotions are always correct and deserve our attention. I find that an authentic laugh can sometimes help me realign my emotions and offer a new paradigm. It is not a cure all, but one treatment I utilize. That's why I am sharing this photo today - for a Friday chuckle mid-December.
