Life hack Monday: meditation made easy with apps!

I recently wrote about meditation and how it has powerfully changed my life.


Today I want to share with you how easy it is to meditate using Guided Meditation Apps.


To clarify, "Guided Meditation" has a 'guide' - a voice - that directs your imagination to focus on certain things for specific outcomes.  Silent meditation has no guide.  Both are wonderful and effective and I utilize both.


When I do Guided Meditation I use an app on my phone called Omvana.  My favorite free Guided Meditation is the '6 Stage Meditation' by Vishen Lakhiani.  It's a great way to start or end your day!   


While there are more than enough free meditations, it's fun to browse the 'store' on Omvana  where you can find meditations for specific  purposes such as clarity, energy, sleeping, etc.  


Headspace is another Meditation App that  I have not tried yet, but have heard wonderful things about.


I hope you are inspired to try meditation with one of these methods.  It is nothing short of life changing!
