I want to talk about how to make water more interesting, specifically - infusing water. My daughter gave me a sweet infusion water bottle. At first I did just lemon. Lime made my lip corners red and painful. Then I discovered cucumber and mint – the rest is history - yummy history!
I started making pitchers of infused water and found myself drinking more that my recommended minimum amount just because it was so pretty and irresistible.
